We sincerely thank all our customers who have visited Tiara Wedding. First, we would like to inform you about the recent changes in the Booking Fee. The Booking Fee is $25, which is the amount you need to pay when making a consultation reservation. This fee is required to confirm your consultation appointment. It will be refunded if you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance. However, please note that it will not be refunded for other cases, so please carefully consider it before making a consultation reservation. Lately, we have experienced some customers who have made reservations but didn't show up without prior notice. This has affected the reservations and preparations for other customers. To ensure fair treatment for all our customers and maintain service quality, we are implementing effective management of the Booking Fee. If you wish to make a reservation or have any questions regarding the booking process, please don't hesitate to contact our Tiara Wedding Customer Center.
